Breakfast – banana, Mullerlight yog and grapes

Lunch – chicken, cous cous and veg

Snack – Special K chewy (healthy extra b) and satsuma

Dinner – gammon steak, egg, slimming world chips, onion, mushrooms and beans

Snack – options hot choc (2) with whipped cream (1) Freddo (5)
