Food diary 25 nov, green tea challenge day 2

Breakfast – mixed fruit

Snack – yogurt and banana

Lunch – jacket potato, tuna, salad, fat free French dressing

Snack – satsuma, Special K chewy bar (healthy extra b), Apple

Dinner – chilli con carne (see recipes section!)

Snack – frozen Freddo (5 syns)

Green tea challenge – had all 5 cups today
