Breakfast – fruit (super speed food)

Lunch – fry lite fried eggs, bacon (with fat trimmed off) baked beans (super speed food)

Dinner – steak, boiled potatoes, onion (ss), peppers (ss) courgettes (ss) carrots (ss) leek (ss)

Snack – weightwatchers toffee iced dessert (4 syns) frozen Freddo (5 syns)

Healthy extra a- milk in drinks
Healthy extra b – none! I completely forgot!!
