Breakfast – mixed fruit
Lunch – leftover tandoori chicken, quinoa and roasted veg
Snack – banana, Special K dark chocolate chewy (healthy extra b)
Dinner – ham and mushroom omelette 1/2 syn of ketchup
Snacks – 1 celebration chocolate 2.5 syns (! This was a shock to me, I’m glad I only had 1!)
Freddo 5 syns
7 minstrels 3.5 syns

Total syns -11.5 syns
