Food diary 19 nov

Breakfast – mixed fruit

Snack – Apple

Lunch – grilled chicken, salad, fat free French dressing

Snack – Special K dark choc chewy bar, (healthy extra b) banana

Tea – chilli and brown rice (was going to add some refried beans but didn’t have any in the cupboard!! 😡) with healthy extra a of cheese (I forgot to take a pic but it tasted soo good, and syn free! If any one wants the recipe let me know and il put it up)

Snack – 4 galaxy minstrels (2 syns) frozen Freddo (5 syns)
