Food diary 17 nov

Breakfast – mixed fruit (I try and include lots of super speed foods in my breakfast to kickstart my metabolism in the mornings) with a green tea

Snack – banana

Lunch – leftover lamb chop (which was sooo good, but 1 syn) chopped up in a nice fresh salad with fat free French dressing

Dinner – sweet potato wedges (with paprika and mixed seasoning), cous cous and chicken and mixed veg skewers ( and 1 syn as I had a bite of olivers smilies! Oops!)

Snack – frozen Freddo (5 syns), Special K dark choc chewy bar

Syns – 7 for day
Healthy extra a – milk for latte
