Breakfast – strawberries, blueberries, grapes and melons with a Mullerlight yogurt

Lunch – grilled chicken, bacon, roasted veg and quinoa

Snack – banana, Special K dark chocolate chewy

Dinner – minted lamb chops (3 syns for mint sauce) potatoes, peas, carrots, mushrooms, onion

Snack – frozen Freddo (5 syns)

Healthy extra a – skimmed milk in drinks through day
