Breakfast – bacon (with fat cut off) mushrooms, baked beans, spinach and fried eggs (done in fry-lite)


Lunch – satsuma (late breakfast)

After gym snack – Special K dark choc chewy bar, banana

Dinner – peri peri chicken (1 syn) quinoa and roasted veggies


Snack – frozen Freddo (5 syns)

6 syns for day
Healthy extra a – milk for drinks through day
