Food diary 14 nov

Breakfast- Mullerlight yog and satsuma
Lunch – none, was out and forgot to pack anything!! Woops
Snack- carrot cake 24 syns (!!!!)
Dinner – leftover slimming world tandoori chicken (soooo good!) curried veg and brown rice
Snack -Special K dark chocolate chewy bar (healthy extra b)
Healthy extra a – skimmed milk in hot drinks through day
