Lunch – salad with boiled eggs, ham and fat free French dressing
Snack – satsuma, banana, Special K dark choc chewy bar (healthy extra b)
Dinner – slimming world tandoori chicken, brown rice, curried veg

Snack – mini gingerbread man (2 syns) frozen Freddo (5 syns)

Healthy extra a was milk through day
