Snack – Apple
Lunch – leftover chicken and bacon hotpot
Snack – dark chocolate Special K chewy bar (healthy extra b), mini gingerbread man (2 syns)
Dinner – salmon, green beans, salad, jacket potato
Mullerlight Yogurt, satsuma
Snack – Frozen Freddo (5 syns)

Healthy extra a – milk for tea and coffee through day
