Food diary, 10 nov

So as I said on my baby on board post, I had a couple of days away at my mums, this ended up being a couple of days off my diet, oops!! Anyway Monday rolled around and I was back on track, so here you go!
Breakfast – fruit and mullerlight yogurt
Snack – banana
Lunch – ham salad with fat free French dressing
Snack – satsuma and dark chocolate Special K chewy ( healthy extra b and sooo yum!)
Dinner – chicken and bacon hot pot
Snack- Freddo (5 syns)

I used my healthy extra a on milk for tea and coffee through the day but i measure it out in the morning to make sure I don’t go over the allowance

Overall I think this was a good day, I made sure I ate lots of my super free foods (fruits and veg) and drank plenty of water
