Food diary 6 nov 2014

Breakfast: fruit with muller light yog

Snacks: toffee hi fi bar (1/2 healthy extra b, which was well out of date and not nice but I ate it anyway!), Costa medium gingerbread latte with skim milk (4 syns for syrup, milk healthy extra A allowance)

Lunch: chicken, roast veg and a jacket potato with fat free French dressing (this was last nights leftovers and I thoroughly enjoyed it!!)

Dinner: teriyaki tuna stir fry (syn free! Will post recipe later, it definitely gets the thumbs up from me!)


Snacks: Freddo (5 syns), muller light yog, rocky road hi fi bar (other half of healthy extra b, will also be well out of date but hey ho)

Overall thats 9 syns and both healthy extras used for the day, good day i would say!
